Policy and General Information at Promo Karts

Shipping Information:
All mini cars shipped via freight companies.   All items are packaged with secure packaging and boxed or crated. All items are insured for full value of product purchased.

Delivery may take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on shipping schedule in your area. If there is ever any damage it must be reported to the trucking company and you must have a signed receipt from the actual truck driver to verify any physical damage. Any other damage Promo Karts USA Inc. will NOT be responsible for after the fact.

Pricing of freight and crating to be determined by location - $250 to $500 range (can exceed $500) for a single kart (not including semi/trailer combos) is the norm depending on conditions such as rural, business, residential etc. These are not small items.

Body Styles: All of our body styles are a universal style and no body is implied to represent any particular manufacturer or brand. Each category may have different styles that are utilized for many different types of vehicles. Ex: Pick up body can be used for any style of pick up and then made to look a certain way by graphics that are applied.

Brands, Trademarks and Licensing: Promo Karts does not advocate the unauthorized use of trademarks and copyrights. All licensed items are to be considered the properties of the respective owners of the corresponding trademarks or copyrights. Use of these intended properties is authorized only by the owner of the said property and its Licensees. Trademark and copyright owners may also require permission for specific and limited use of Trademarks.

Examples of this are enthusiasts, enthusiast groups, non-profit special interest groups, church or charitable organizations, and other one-time only? uses. Although these parties may not need a full scale licensing relationship, express written permission is usually required by the particular owner of the said trademark. Any other usage may be unauthorized and considered an illegal trademark infringement.

Warranty: 2-3 year limited warranty for engines, 30 days for the frame, brush bars, spindles, seat frame. 30 Days on any defects.

Warranty never includes driver error, misuse or failure to understand the operation of any mini car kart.
Improper assembly of parts included in the factory sealed carton. Improper maintenance or use, such as: Competition or racing, Concession or rental.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear items, including but not limited to: the tires, centrifugal clutch, brake lining, throttle cable, chain, belts, seat, fasteners, or decals.

Policy Information: All sales are final. These are custom orders and cannot be returned at anytime. Any warranty issues will be addressed on a per issue basis.

Privacy Policy: PK will not sell, rent, or lease any customers information at anytime. PK will only use customer information for typical items such as product updates, newsletters, coupons or special sales offers to products we sell or offer on our partner websites.
PK will never sell, rent or lease any payment information or address information.

Cancellation Policy: When you order, as these are all custom orders, there is a 20% cancellation fee after work has started. No Exceptions because when we start work there is a lot of time involved. Call with any questions and please be sure of what you are ordering as these items take a lot of man hours.

Additional Information
All cars comes 99% pre-assembled. Very minor assembly only, usually way less than a ½ hour with normal household tools. Please read and understand your owners manual, then get it out and show it off!

Warning! Mini Cars can be hazardous to operate. Failure to understand and follow Warnings and Instructions for the safe use and maintenance of this product may result in Death or Injury! For your safety: Always wear an approved helmet, eye protection and protective clothing. Always follow all safety rules and regulations.  Karts are recommend for ages 12 and up.
